TMT SaaS Webinar Gift Card Giveaway Terms & Conditions

The first seventy-five (75) people 18 or older located in the US or Canada (a) who are employees of a TMT on-premise customer, (b) who use the specified hyperlink to register to attend either the July 13 or July 29, 2021 Trimble Transportation Webinar “For Maintenance Success, TMT SaaS is in Your Future” session on behalf of their company, and (c) who attend the webinar in its entirety, will be eligible to receive a $25 DoorDash or GrubHub e-gift card (the “Card”) from us, irrespective of whether your company elects to purchase goods or services from us. The type of gift card will be determined by us in our discretion, we may alternatively substitute a different gift card of equivalent value. Trimble will be solely responsible for determining which webinar registrants and attendees are eligible to receive a Card, which determination will be final. You are responsible for any taxes resulting from your receipt of a Card. We or our representative will send the Card to you at the email address you specify through the registration link. You are solely responsible for all use of, or inability to use, the Card. By accepting the Card, you agree and acknowledge that our provision of the Card to you does not violate any corporate gift policy applicable to you.
