TMT SaaS Replace the Rack Terms & Conditions

Trimble has invited specifically named employees of certain of its TMT on-premise software customers to attend a discovery session regarding Trimble’s TMT subscription offerings.  If one or more invited company employees both (a) use the specified QR code or hyperlink to register to attend a discovery session on our TMT subscription offerings with their Trimble account executive, and (b) attend the discovery session in its entirety, we will send that company a $150 e-gift card (the “Card”) from us, irrespective of whether it elects to purchase a TMT hosted subscription from us. The type of e-gift card will be determined by us in our discretion; we may alternatively substitute a different gift card of equivalent value. Trimble will be solely responsible for determining eligibility to receive a Card, which determination will be final. We will provide one (1) Card per company, regardless of the number of discovery session attendees. Your company is responsible for any taxes resulting from its receipt of a Card. We or our representative will send the Card to you or another of your company’s employees at the email address specified through the registration link. We are not responsible for the use of, or inability to use, the Card. You will not use the Card for personal purposes unless authorized to do so by your employer. You agree and acknowledge that your acceptance of the Card on behalf of your company does not violate any corporate gift policy applicable to you.
