The following Evaluation Terms and Conditions apply to Evaluation Agreements for Transportation & Logistics North America product and services offerings which expressly incorporate these terms.

The following API Terms of Use form part of certain agreements with Transportation & Logistics North America legal entities where these API Terms of Use are expressly incorporated by reference into that agreement.
