Trimble today announced four transportation and logistics leaders as the winners of the inaugural 2026 Trimble Momentum Awards, recognizing innovation in AI, cloud migration and fleet maintenance.

Honored during a live awards ceremony at the 2026 Trimble Insight Conference, these forward-thinking organizations are reshaping supply chain infrastructure and helping keep critical freight moving across North America.

“The recipients of our inaugural Momentum Awards exemplify what happens when vision and technology align within the Trimble ecosystem to solve supply chain challenges,” said Michael Kornhauser, senior VP, transportation and logistics at Trimble. “By harnessing AI, cloud modernization and connected workflows, these customers are not only optimizing their own operations — they’re actively setting a new benchmark for resilience, efficiency and community impact across the entire transportation industry."

AI Automation Vanguard Award

Recognizing innovation in AI, smart workflows and automation

SFI International worked with Trimble to modernize its transportation technology ecosystem, integrating AI and LLM capabilities into ICC/Innovative and other core applications. The initiative improved operational efficiency, accelerated automation and enhanced the experience for drivers and office teams, while supporting long-term scalability and growth..

Transformative Pioneer Award

Recognizing large-scale transformation through the deployment of new Trimble solutions

Hogan Transports migrated customer by customer from its aging AS/400 platform to Trimble TMW.Suite® and Trimble Reveal. The move modernized its technology infrastructure, reduced operating costs and gave executive leadership unified, real-time visibility across the business.

Working closely with Trimble throughout the two-year rollout, the third-generation carrier maintained service continuity across its 10,000+ trucks and 100+ locations nationwide, while creating a scalable foundation for future growth.

Technological Innovator Award

Recognizing digital transformation through rapid adoption, internal advocacy and positive cultural change

Jasper Engines & Transmissions established a people-first feedback loop during a required software upgrade. This helped standardize in-cab workflows across 53 branch locations, build driver trust and create a repeatable approach for future technology rollouts

Working with Trimble, the 100% employee-owned carrier used direct driver feedback to refine Smart Workflow and Trimble CoPilot® navigation software. This helped overcome initial resistance across its 170+ truck private fleet, strengthen engagement and support future technology adoption.

Extra Mile Award

Recognizing exceptional impact on people, safety and communities

Deseret Transportation is the dedicated non-profit transportation arm of Welfare and Self-Reliance Services for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. By moving away from manual spreadsheets and centralizing its logistics on a connected Trimble ecosystem – including TMW.Suite, PC*Miler® software and the FleetHub communications platform – the organization streamlined logistics and HOS compliance.

This helped Deseret Transportation support the “America 250” humanitarian campaign, delivering 250 truckloads – 8.5 million pounds of food – to food banks across all 50 states using its fleet of 40 tractors and 107 refrigerated trailers.

Congratulations to our 2026 Momentum Award winners!

Nominations were submitted by Trimble customer success and sales teams. Each highlighted measurable operational impact – including revenue impact, hours saved and reductions in time – as well as innovative uses of Trimble technology.

Winners were selected by committee consensus based on how effectively each nomination demonstrated the criteria for its category. The judging panel included representatives from Trimble customer success, program management, brand, PR and revenue teams, bringing a range of perspectives to the review process.
