Michael brings extensive transportation and product expertise to Trimble. As Product Manager for Innovative TMS, Trimble Cloud MobileComm Integrations, and the Order and Capacity modules for Trimble's Next Gen TMS, he helps shape the future of the platform. Before joining Trimble in 2021, Michael served as Director of Operations for an asset-based carrier before transitioning into supply chain management, bringing firsthand industry experience to his role.

Michaele is a fourth-generation member of Behnke management, bringing a unique combination of family-business perspective and 15 years of corporate experience at GE to her role as President. Over the past six years at Behnke, she has helped guide the company’s modernization journey by combining process discipline and operational efficiency with a hands-on understanding of the business. Michaele believes successful modernization starts with understanding what already works, identifying where change can create real value, and continuously improving from there. Her leadership balances a focus on the details with Behnke’s broader strategy—improving efficiency and embracing new technology while preserving the customer service that has defined Behnke for 95 years.
