Find Out How to Elevate Your Driver Perspective with Our Supply Chain in.sights Series
Increased consumer demands. Changing regulations. Driver turnover.
There are a lot of reasons behind the complexities of the transportation supply chain. The question is: how do you stay ahead of them to maximize the efficiency and performance of your business?
It starts with having the right resources in place, both in the industry and in your operations.
With this in mind, we recently opened registration for the September 2021 edition of our Supply Chain in.sights, coming to your web browser on September 21 and 23, 2021.
Centered on the theme of “Elevate Your Driver Perspective,” each of these two complimentary sessions will highlight how we can work together - both as an industry and within our respective organizations - to make the supply chain better for everyone it serves.
Hop Aboard with America’s Road Team
We kick things off with a session on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, that shines a light on the work of America’s Road Team. This initiative by the American Trucking Associations (ATA) is dedicated to reinforcing the trucking industry’s commitment to safety, sustainability and professionalism - particularly among its drivers.
The moderated discussion, “Delivering for the Trucking Industry: Buckle Up for a Ride with America's Road Team”, will be led by Aaron Huff, the former senior editor for Commercial Carrier Journal (CCJ) and will showcase the initiative’s key goals and responsibilities, including its advocacy work on behalf of the 3.6 million professional truck drivers who keep our nation moving.
Featured in the conversation will be two Road Team Captains - Stephen Richardson from Big G Express and Ina Daly from XPO Logistics - professional drivers who have nearly 70 years of professional driving experience combined.
Join us to hear about their decades of experience behind the wheel and their continued focus on helping make the roadways better and safer for everyone.
Discover How to Maximize Your Fleet’s Safety
Bookending our September Supply Chain in.sights series will be a session on Thursday, September 23, 2021, that profiles some of the important factors in establishing safer operations in your fleet.
Hosted by Gary Falldin, Trimble's senior director of industry solutions, “Driving Safety and Compliance Results through Culture, Teamwork, Training and Technology” will walk through some of the key components of making safety a top priority throughout your business.
Regardless of how large your fleet is or what lanes you operate in, you won’t want to miss the opportunity to get practical advice on how to make your fleet safer, not just for your drivers but for everyone they share the road with.
